Women’s team
The She-Devils’ team has been running for 10 years and are made up of players from all over the globe; UK, USA, Ecuador, Tonga, Scotland , France, Australia, New Zealand, Holland, China, Trinidad and Tobago …the list is endless and makes us a diverse and amazing group of ladies to play with.
For most of the She-Devils, the club becomes a family away from home. It is these ladies that make Beijing life so great – we train, we play, we laugh, we party, we play and then we party some more. Our main games take place locally, and with an increase in team members over the last 4 years, we have moved from playing 7s to 10s. We also love to travel to national tournaments to show off our skills at least once per season.
Whether you’ve played for 10 years or 10 minutes; whether you’re as fast as a hare or as slow as a tortoise; whether you weigh as light as a feather or as heavy as a baby elephant; we’ll always be happy to welcome in new players so come join us, get fit, have fun and get some!!
She- Devils – Train hard, play harder, party the hardest!

I started playing rugby when I moved abroad to Egypt for my first overseas teaching post. Just something to keep fit and socialise at first, but quickly grew to love the thinking that goes behind every move in the game. When abroad, the team quickly becomes a family and I've created many memories on and off the pitch with rugby friends. This sport is highly addictive for so many reasons!!
Favorite devils moment: Discovering Devils shots at The Den and being able to reminisce about nights out at the Stumble Inn.

A PE teacher by trade...but wasn't a rugby kinda girl until I joined the Devils. Being apart of this team has made my time away from home more bearable! Playing on the pitch as well as the socials off it has transformed my work life balance here in Beijing, meeting some lifelong friends along the way!
Favorite devils moment: Standing on the chairs in a bar with the whole rugby team...singing HELLO!

When I moved to Beijing 4 years ago one of the first thing I did was join the She-Devils, it was the best thing I did! I met an amazing group of people who are so much fun on and off the pitch. I had some previous experience of rugby having played 15s at uni. Absolutely love playing 10s with the She-Devils.
Favorite Devils moment: She-Devils winning Sinos 10s, the tours and all our amazing fancy dress nights out!

I joined the mighty she-devils a year ago. It has been such an awesome
experience not only learning about rugby, but also becoming friends
with such an amazing bunch of people.
Favorite Devils moment: The awesome Xiamen Rugby tour

Alix is from Trinidad and Tobago but learnt to play rugby during her undergrad in the USA. Over the last 5 years, she's played with clubs in the USA, New Zealand and now China, and can't wait to eventually play in her home country.
Favourite Devils moment: Definitely the 2016 All China 10s Tourament in Xiamen!

All my life I have always played sports and out of all the sports RUGBY has been my favorite, especially playing for the Devils. This team has showed me a lot on and off the field. I can honestly say I have become a better player and I have more confidence in every game I have played.
